1. Introduction
Welcome to the Eflatun AI Platform ("Platform"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
Eflatun provides various AI-based tools and services. These services are provided "as is" and Eflatun does not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access some services. You are responsible for the security of your account information. Eflatun cannot be held responsible for damages arising from unauthorized use.
4. AI Outputs
Content generated by the Platform (text, image, etc.) is created by artificial intelligence algorithms. Eflatun does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or legality of these outputs. The user uses the outputs at their own risk.
5. Intellectual Property
The design, logo and source code of the Platform belong to Eflatun. Users may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the Platform. Content the user creates through the Platform belongs to THE USER, who may use it freely, including commercially.
6. Featuring in Explore
Works in your library are visible only to you by default. If you do not want a work featured in Explore, mark it as "Private"; works marked private are never featured. For featured works you keep ownership, granting Eflatun only the right to display and promote the work within the Platform, and you may withdraw that permission at any time.
7. Changes
Eflatun reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the Platform.
