With this awareness, we attach great importance to processing and preserving all personal data belonging to all individuals associated with the Company, including those who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK Law").

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), data subjects have the right to: learn whether their personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose; know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data has been transferred; request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data; request erasure or destruction under Article 7; require that rectification and erasure be notified to the third parties the data was transferred to; object to a result reached solely through automated analysis that works against them; and claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
