AI Acceptable Use and Content Rights Policy

Version 1.1 · Effective date: 23 October 2026

We built Eflatun so that people can express their own ideas beautifully and honestly. An AI tool can generate anything; we choose not to generate everything. This text explains what you can do, what you cannot do, and who owns what you create. It forms part of the Terms of Use.

1. The basic principle

On Eflatun you can turn your own photo into an 80s poster, try out a logo for your shop, bring your child's drawing to life, or wonder what an idiom would look like if it were real. You cannot create anything that will harm someone else, deceive someone or violate someone's consent. That is the rule; what follows is the detail.

2. What you may not do

It is prohibited to generate, try to generate, or use Eflatun to generate the following:

People

  • Uploading and processing a person's photo, voice or image without their permission.
  • Placing a real person into another body, scene or words so as to show them doing something they did not do (deepfake). This also applies to public figures.
  • Impersonating a person, speaking in their name, or creating accounts or content that appear to be them.
  • Any sexualised or abusive image of children. This is a zero-tolerance breach that requires immediate reporting.
  • Non-consensual sexual content; undressing someone or showing them in a sexual context. Removing the clothes of a person in an uploaded photo, sexualising their body or showing them naked.

Children

  • You may upload a photo of a person under 18 only as their parent or guardian and for a personal, innocent purpose. Any content showing a child in a sexual, degrading, violent or dangerous context is prohibited.
  • Content showing a character who looks like a child or whose age is unclear in a sexual context is prohibited, even if the character is fictional or described as an "adult".

Sexual content

  • Any pornographic or obscene image, video, audio or text: content containing sexual intercourse, genitals or nudity for sexual purposes. This prohibition applies even if the content is fictional, does not show a real person, or is described as consensual between adults. Trying to generate it is also a breach.
  • Harassment, bullying, threats, humiliation.

Public figures and sacred values

  • Any content containing the image, voice or likeness of real politicians, the President, state and government officials, religious leaders or Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. This prohibition also applies to caricature, humour, criticism and praise.
  • Content using the image, voice or likeness of well-known people such as artists, athletes and social media influencers.
  • Content that degrades or mocks the persons, books, places and symbols that religions hold sacred.
  • Content that degrades the Turkish flag, the Turkish National Anthem (İstiklal Marşı) or the state's symbols of sovereignty.

Fraud and forgery

  • Fakes of documents and screens such as bank receipts, money-transfer (wire/EFT) screens, parcel tracking, e-Devlet (Turkish e-Government), court, enforcement or tax letters, identity cards, passports, driving licences, diplomas, medical reports or prescriptions; fake invoices and signatures.
  • Fake advertising, investment, campaign or prize-draw content using the name, face, voice or logo of a well-known person or organisation.
  • Phishing emails, text messages, web pages or logos imitating a bank, institution or company.
  • Content aimed at deceiving someone by imitating a person's voice or using their voice recordings.
  • Fake product reviews, fake customer testimonials, fake social media accounts.

Cyber

  • Malware, ransomware, exploit code, password cracking; unauthorised access to another person's account, device or system.
  • Game cheats, bots, account-stealing tools.
  • Finding or collecting a person's information such as their address, phone number or workplace; transcribing secretly recorded conversations.

Society

  • Hateful content based on race, religion, language, sex, sexual orientation, disability or a similar ground.
  • False information aimed at influencing elections, public health or disaster periods; fake news images, fake official documents. Realistic-looking images of events such as earthquakes, disasters, war, terrorism or elections.
  • Propaganda, symbols or flags of terrorist organisations.
  • Content encouraging violence, terrorism or self-harm.
  • Illegal goods and services (weapons, drugs, smuggling); recipes and directions for producing, obtaining or using drugs, weapons, explosives, or chemical or biological substances.
  • Gambling and illegal betting content or advertising.

Rights

  • Reproducing copyrighted works, trademarks or characters for commercial purposes without the owner's permission; "make an exact copy" type requests.
  • Trying to get around Eflatun's safety filters, trying to extract system prompts, abusing the service through mass generation with automated tools, or fraudulently multiplying the Cevher or gift system.
  • Using Eflatun to train a competing model or collecting its outputs as a bulk dataset.

Decisions

  • Making an output the sole basis for an important decision about a person, such as employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, health or legal matters. AI can be wrong; a decision that will affect a person's life should be made by a human.

Attempts to get around the rules are also a breach. Trying to generate prohibited content by splitting a prompt into pieces, translating it into another language, using code names and letter games, or citing "fiction, research, testing, a joke" is also a breach of this policy. This list is illustrative; content of similar seriousness is also prohibited.

3. The limits of what you may do

  • Your own photo: You may edit your own photo in different styles, eras and humorous settings, subject to the prohibitions in §2.
  • Someone else, with permission: You may upload a friend's or customer's photo or voice with their explicit permission. With every upload, you confirm that the person is you or that you have their explicit permission; this confirmation is recorded with its date. Obtaining permission is your responsibility; you must be able to show it when asked. If your statement is untrue, all resulting liability is yours. This permission route cannot be used for well-known people (§2).
  • Commercial use: You may use generated output in products, advertising, social media and client work. Under Eflatun's policy, disclose that the content was generated with AI when you use it commercially or publicly, and do not remove Eflatun's mark. The law applicable to your use may impose additional disclosure requirements.
  • No facial recognition: Eflatun does not perform identity detection or facial recognition on the photos you upload; a photo is processed only to generate the image you asked for. For this reason, it cannot be used for identity verification, surveillance or matching people.
  • Special categories of data: We do not ask for special categories of personal data such as health, religion, political opinion, ethnic origin or sex life; please do not write such information in your prompts or in the files you upload. If you do, it is used only to carry out the generation you asked for; it is not processed for any other purpose, is not used for profiling, and is deleted at your request.
  • Voice: Eflatun offers voice-over and voice conversion with ready-made catalogue voices. It does not offer cloning of a real person's voice. Voice recordings you upload are processed only for transcription and conversion into a catalogue voice.

4. Rights in generated content

4.1. Your input is yours. The rights in the photos, text, audio and files you upload remain with you. You give Eflatun only the limited licence needed to provide the service.

4.2. Your output is yours. Eflatun assigns to you, to the extent the law allows, its rights in the output generated at your request. Personal and commercial use is allowed; you do not need to credit the source. Please be aware that copyright protection for generative AI output may be limited and that similar requests may give similar results to other users; there may be cases where you cannot claim exclusive rights.

4.3. No training. Eflatun does not use your content or outputs to train AI models. We also ask our AI providers not to use your content to train their own models.

4.4. Third-party rights. If someone else has rights in content you upload (copyright, trademark, personality rights), you are responsible for those rights. Eflatun may remove the content at the rights holder's request.

5. Explore: public sharing

5.1. Your creations are private by default; only you can see them.

5.2. If you want to make a creation public, you use the "Share on Explore" option. Before publication, a moderator checks whether the content fits Explore's community rules and format; if it does, it is published and you are notified of the outcome. This check is not an approval or guarantee that the content is lawful or does not infringe third parties' copyright, trademark or personality rights. You are legally responsible for the content you share; with respect to Explore, Eflatun is a hosting provider (§8.3).

5.3. What is shown when published: your prompt, your output, the name we showed you when sharing, and the date. What is not shown: the photos you uploaded, reference files, your email address and account details. If you wrote personal information in your prompt yourself, that information will be visible; review your prompt before sharing.

5.4. You can withdraw content you have published at any time with the hide button; it is removed from Explore and from caches within 24 hours at the latest.

5.5. For content you publish on Explore, you give Eflatun a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission of use covering the rights of reproduction, communication to the public (display) and sharing within the Platform on the Platform and its apps (Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works (FSEK), Arts. 22, 23 and 25), and of changing size and format solely for technical display (Art. 21). The permission is valid for as long as the content remains on Explore; it ends with effect for the future when you hide the content or delete your account. This permission is not permission for advertising, social media promotion or AI model training; if Eflatun wants to use your content outside the Platform, it will ask for your separate written permission.

5.6. You may not download other users' content from Explore and use it as your own work.

6. AI marking

Every piece of content generated on Eflatun is a product of AI, and we say so clearly. It is prohibited to present such content as human-made, or to remove or hide the AI label or mark that Eflatun has added to the content or file.

In addition to a visible label, Eflatun may add an invisible watermark and content credentials to outputs; it also keeps a digital fingerprint of every output. It is prohibited to remove or corrupt these, or to imitate them by adding them to content not generated on Eflatun. Anyone can check whether a piece of content was generated on Eflatun at eflatun.ai/dogrula (Terms of Use §7.6).

7. Moderation and sanctions

7.1. Eflatun checks prompts and outputs for breaches of this policy with automated tools; a human reviews them where necessary. Moderation is not perfect; content getting through does not make it acceptable, and a block is not always your fault. Eflatun has the right to review content; however, it does not take on a general obligation to monitor and track content, which the law does not impose on hosting providers (Turkish Law No. 5651, Art. 5).

7.2. Possible sanctions: a warning, blocking the relevant generation, temporary suspension of the account, closure of the account. We decide which one applies by looking at the seriousness of the breach, whether it is repeated, and the harm caused; there is no required sequence. For serious breaches such as sexualisation of children, pornographic or obscene content, non-consensual sexual content, deepfakes, fraud and violence, the account is closed immediately without warning; content giving rise to a suspicion of a crime is reported to the competent authorities. Details: Terms of Use §10.

7.3. You are notified of a sanction by email. You can appeal within 7 days to destek@eflatun.ai; a human replies within 7 business days.

7.4. For accounts closed by Eflatun, unused purchased Cevher is refunded in proportion to the price paid; in the case of a serious breach, the actual and provable damage the breach caused Eflatun is deducted first (Terms of Use §10.7).

8. Reporting and removal

8.1. If you see content on Explore or the Platform that infringes your rights, shows you without permission or breaches this policy, contact us at destek@eflatun.ai with "Content report" in the subject line. In the report, include the link to the content, why it breaches the rules, and your contact details.

8.2. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove clearly infringing content immediately; in doubtful cases, we hide the content during the review. We write to the person who made the report and to the owner of the content with the outcome.

8.3. With respect to the Explore section where user content is published, Eflatun is a hosting provider within the meaning of Turkish Law No. 5651. It removes content reported as unlawful, keeps the traffic information required by law, and complies with decisions of competent authorities.

8.4. In a report of copyright or other rights infringement, we ask you to include: (1) the work or subject matter of the right, (2) the link to the content believed to infringe it, (3) your name and contact details where we can reach you, (4) a statement that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf, (5) a statement that the report is made in good faith, and (6) a statement that the information you give is accurate. Bad-faith or repeated unfounded reports may lead to account sanctions.

8.5. Victims first. Reports about content showing you in a sexual or degrading way without your consent, or involving a child, go to the front of the queue; the content is hidden immediately during the review. You do not need an account to make a report.

8.6. When content involving child abuse is detected, the account is closed immediately, the content is preserved as evidence and reported to the competent authorities.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy changes in the same way as the Terms of Use: the version and date are shown at the top; when we publish a new version, we keep the previously published version and a summary of changes accessible from this page; and changes that narrow your rights are notified at least 30 days in advance.
