1. Data Collection
At Eflatun, we value your privacy. While using the platform, we may collect information such as your name, email address, and usage data.
2. Use of Data
The data collected is used to provide, improve and personalise our services and to communicate with you. Your data is never sold or rented for advertising; it is shared only with the service providers (data processors) listed below, strictly to deliver the service, and with competent authorities where legally required.

We rely on the providers below to deliver the service. Each processes only the data its purpose requires; none receives data for advertising.

Analytics runs only if you accepted cookies; if you decline it is never loaded.
International Transfers
The providers above may host servers outside Türkiye, in which case your data is transferred abroad under Article 9 of the KVKK. In addition, the text of your generation requests is recorded in a monitoring system hosted abroad so that service quality and errors can be traced. These records are not used for advertising and are not sold to third parties.
Retention
Your account data and the content you create are kept for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, your account details and media are deleted; transaction and invoice records that law requires us to keep, along with de-identified usage logs, are retained for their statutory periods. Error and monitoring records are deleted within 90 days at the latest.
3. Cookies
We use cookies to improve your platform experience. You can manage cookies from your browser settings, but doing so may affect how some platform features work.
4. Data Security
We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, we cannot guarantee that any data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights
Under KVKK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your data. You can contact us to exercise these rights.
